Dec. 10th, 3 weeks
Today’s class marked the 3rd week that I have been training. Today was also the first day that I was left alone to work with the class, and not taken into my own corner for special instruction.
Today I learned:
- Scissor Sweep
- Push and Pull Open Guard Sweep (we will call this one the Push and Pull Sweep)
