Kickboxing
On Monday we had our first no-gi day since I started. There were a couple of new guys there, which equals crazy warm-up. I almost died. We did some bag work. I worked on some punches and kicks. It was a lot of fun, and great cardio. I was sore yesterday, but am even more sore today. I do not know how I am going to do anything in class today. Everything hurts.
I got my training gloves. I ended up finding a pink pair that I really liked.

I also got my soft shin pads.

I have my Gi too, but still have not taken a pic of me in it, and can’t find anything on the web.
